GulfDropshipping Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  1. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at admin@gulfdropshipping.com or via WhatsApp at 0318 7056006 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Once you receive the RMA number, securely package your item(s) along with a copy of the original receipt.
  3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment.

Refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us, and we will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by either sending you a replacement or issuing a refund.
