Product Listing:
To enhance customer satisfaction, please ensure that your advertising materials accurately represent the product’s features. Additionally, confirm that the product’s SKU list (including variants, colors, and sizes) matches the information provided on GulfDropshipping. It is crucial to set reasonable pricing to align customer expectations with the delivered product.
Warehousing Service:
GulfDropshipping will not be held legally responsible for any inventory losses, damages, or destruction during storage, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Refund and Replacement:
If you wish to establish a customized returns and refunds policy, please review the associated costs below:
Replacement for non-faulty products or after 3 days of delivery:
If you request a product replacement when GulfDropshipping has determined that the product is not faulty or if the 3-day replacement window has passed, the following charges will apply for the replacement process:
  • Replacement Fee: 25 AED per replacement
Please note that GulfDropshipping does not offer a refund policy. However, if you have a compelling reason to initiate a refund, the following charges will be incurred:
  • Fulfillment and Shipping Cost of the Initial Order: 20 AED
  • Product Pickup and Refund Processing Cost: 10 AED
Please be aware that in the case of a refund, the sale amount of the transaction will be deducted from your account.
Special Case Refund:
In certain rare circumstances involving security risks, GulfDropshipping may initiate a refund on behalf of the customer. In such cases, GulfDropshipping will cover the refund costs, but the sale amount of the transaction will still be reversed from your account. These instances, while infrequent, will be clearly documented in your weekly payment invoice.
